Growing up in Germany, attending boarding school, and later studying Philosophy and Sociology across different cities taught me how easy it can be to build new connections, and how draining it can be to build a truly trusting relationship, whether with a friend or a partner. It’s a challenge I see constantly among successful, international people: having every option, and still struggling to choose the right one.

Traveling the world and building a global life is beautiful, but it naturally makes us crave something more, someone to share those exceptional experiences with. And it raises a question I keep coming back to: why are the people who seem to have everything figured out often the ones still searching for the part of life that matters most? I was drawn to my studies for the same reason I’m drawn to this work: a genuine curiosity about why we love who we love, and why the search can feel so much harder than it should be.

But what I’ve learned most doesn’t come from theory. It comes from listening, really listening, to people’s stories, their past relationships, what they’re afraid of, and what they’re quietly hoping for. Almost four years in Dubai real estate sharpened that further. Beyond building a large, international network, it taught me how to listen with discretion, how to hold people’s trust and their secrets, and how to build the kind of relationships that make people comfortable being honest with me and, perhaps more importantly, even more honest with themselves.

That’s what I bring to matchmaking: genuine curiosity about who you are, real emotional intelligence, and the ability to see clearly from the outside what can be hardest to see from within. My role isn’t to make finding love more complicated. It’s to make the path there simpler, by understanding you well enough to know who is actually right for you. Most people never expect to work with a matchmaker. But after trying everything else, the apps, the clubs, the same patterns on repeat, sometimes getting the outcome you actually want means trying something different: dating with intention, without wasting more time and, sometimes, more tears.
